Physical file received. Application be checked and registered. Ld. Counsel states that he had moved appropriate applica- tion before the Court of Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge, East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi for allocation of the present case before the Court of District Judge along with affidavit, also list of documents and vakalatnama, further original plaint with amended plaint returned by the Ld. Trial Court concerned and he draws my attention to the copy of the certified copy of the Order, dated 09.05.2024, thereby, re- turning the plain, as per law under Order 7 rule 10 CPC to be pre- sented in competent Court having requisite pecuniary jurisdiction. He further states that he has also presented the documents along with Index, filed in the matter No. 260/2019, which was insti- tuted by the present applicant Smt. Usha Rani, as an indigent person but a court fees of Rs.140/- was affixed on the initial plaint but the same has not been returned by the Ahlmad of that Court. The matter has been received by the Ahlmad through e- filing. Applicant may obtain the relevant court fees, also other documents, if any, for further consideration in the matter, on 09.08.2024 at 2.00pm.
