for preponment of application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2
CPC filed. Copy already supplied. Reply to the application under
Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 CPC be filed by respondent no. 1 & 2
within two weeks with advance copy to opposite side. Rejoinder,
if any, be filed within a week thereafter.
Notice sent to respondent no. 4 received with the
report that she has been personally served on 23.03.2026. Reply,
if any, be filed within four weeks with advance copy to the
opposite side.
Notice sent to respondent no. 3 & 5 received
unseved.
Issue fresh notice of application under Order 33
Rule 2 CPC to respondent no. 3 & 5 through all permissible
mode, on filing of PF, returnable for next date. Process be given
dasti.

Respondent no. 3 & 5 be also served through
affixation. The Notice be affixed at some conspicuous place of
the house in which the resondent no. 3 & 5 are residing or had
last resided. Photographs of the affixation be also taken at the
expenses of the petitioner and be filed on record on next date.
