through V.C. along with respondent No.1 in person and Sh. Kumar
submits that he will file memo of appearance during the course of day
and will file vakalatnama, immediately, in the matter.
Sh. Surender Kumar, Ld. Counsel for the respondent
No.3, files vakalatnama and supplies copy of the application, seeking
deficient copies of the documents.
None for the other respondents on call at 10.17am and
they have refused to take summons.
Report regarding indigence of the applicant Smt. Usha
Rani has not been received from the Office of the SDM, Shastri Na-
gar, Delhi, despite due service. Issue notice under Order 16 rule 12
CPC to the concerned SDM, Shastri Nagar, Delhi to appear in person
and submit the report.
Let the notice of the application be issued to the respon-
dents No.4,5&6 on PF, RC, copies, and in case of refusal/lock/non-
availability, service be effected by way of affixation, for 10.02.2025.
Steps within 15 days.
