This is an appeal u/s 415(3)(A) of BNSS against the
judgment/order of conviction dated 15.04.2026 and order on sentence
dated 21.05.2026 passed by the learned JMFC. It be checked and
registered as per rules.
Present:- Sh. Chandan Mishra, Sh. Parth Mahajan and Abhishek,
learned counsel for appellant alongwith appellant.
1. Heard. File perused.
2. Keeping in view the overall conspectus of the case, the
sentence awarded by the learned Trial Court is suspended till the next
date of hearing, subject to the appellant furnishing a personal bond for
a sum of Rs. 20,000/- with the surety of like amount and further
subject to the condition that he shall deposit the 20% of the
compensation/fine awarded by the learned trial court in the shape of
an FDR in the name of the Court within a period of 45 days from the
date of this order.
3. Notice of the appeal be also issued to respondent on
filing PF and RC, returnable on 29.10.2026. Steps be taken within
seven (7) days from today.
4. Trial Court record be requisitioned.
5. Copy of the order be given ‘
dasti’, as prayed.
