Defendant has filed affidavit of admission denial.
Copy already supplied.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submitted that plaintiff is
not inclined to file any affidavit of admission denial of documents,
as defendant has admitted some of invoices filed by the plaintiff
and plaintiff has also admitted some of the payment receipts filed
by the defendants.
Rest of the documents filed by the defendant needs to
be proved during the course of trial. Thus, plaintiff is not inclined
to file affidavit of admission denial of documents and accordingly
issues may be framed.
In view of above, pleadings are complete. On the basis
of pleadings of the parties, following issues are hereby framed for
adjudication of the present suit:-
1) Whether the plaintiff is entitled to a decree of
Rs. 3,51,068/- against the defendants? OPP

2) Whether the plaintiff is entitled to any
interest, if yes, at what rate and for what period?

3) Relief.
No other issues arises and pressed for.
As such, be listed for PE on 11.05.2026.
All the parties are directed to file their respective list
of witnesses within 15 days from today in accordance with the
Order XVI Rule 1 (1) CPC.
Plaintiff is also directed to file the affidavit of
evidence of PWs and supply to the other side at least 15 days prior
to the next date of hearing.
Date is given as per choice and convenience of Ld.
