Submissions heard. File perused. Present is a suit for
recovery in respect of sales of goods. The plaint is signed on every
page. The statement of truth and non-starter report from DLSA have
been filed.
Issue summons for settlement of issues by all modes
including authorized courier and SP/AD on filing of PF within a week
for, 15.12.2025. Email ID and phone number of the defendant are
mentioned in the memo of parties. Plaintiff shall forward soft copies
of the plaint, documents etc. at the email ID of the court. The date and
time of sending the email shall be mentioned on the PF and PF be
filed within a week as per rules.
Ahlmad is directed to forward the aforesaid soft copies on
the e-mail ID of Nazarat Branch at the earliest as also summons for
