Perusal of record transpires that on the last date of
hearing defendant no. 2 was directed to file written statement
alongwith the appropriate application for condonation of delay with
supply of advance copy to the opposite side at least 15 days before
the next date of hearing i.e. today.
However, defendant No. 2 sought one more
opportunity to file her written statement.
Opportunity granted.
Defendant no. 2 is directed to file her written
statement in terms/as per provisions of Order VIII CPC alongwith an
appropriate application seeking condonation of delay, if any, in filing
the same with direction that the same be filed in Court with supply
of advance copy to the opposite side at least 15 days prior to the next
date of hearing.
Plaintiff has also sought some more time to file reply
to the application (bearing IA No. 1/2026) under Order VII Rule 11
CPC.
Opportunity granted with direction that the same be
filed in Court with supply of advance copy to the opposite side at

As such, be listed for arguments on applications
