report of service regarding defendant no. 2 not received back,
however, defendant no. 2 has appeared before the Court today, as
such, defendant no. 2 is deemed served.
Fresh vakalatnama without the welfare stamp filed
on behalf of the defendant no. 1. Be taken on record subject to
filing of the same on the next date of hearing.
Defendant no. 1 has filed written statement
alongwith reply to the application under Order XXXIX Rule 1
and 2 and also an application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC.
