One DD bearing No. 018150 dated 12.10.2026 for sum of
Rs.1,02,000/- deposited by the appellant in the court in the name
of court of ASJ-04, East, KKD. However, still it is short by Rs.
4,000/-. Let the deficiency be completed by next date.
Appellant/convict stated that her husband is not well who
has to give surety for her, so more time be given for submitting
the bail bond. Hence, her personal bond is extended till next date
of hearing.
Summons issued to respondent no.2 received back
unserved on the ground that he was found not residing at the
address. However, his counsel has appeared who is directed to
call the respondent no.2 in person in the court and furnish his
fresh address as the appellant is also interested for full and final
settlement.
Put up this matter on 02.11.2026 for further proceedings
and reply of the appeal, if any.
