partition bearing no.517/2021 titled ‘Raj Kumar Vs. Amarjeet’ filed by
the opposite party is pending before the court of Sh. Vikas Garg, Ld.
DJ, East District, Karkardooma Court. Another civil suit bearing
no.636/2024 titled ‘Amarjeet Vs. Rajkumar & Ors.’ is pending before
the court of Sh. Sonu Agnihotri, Ld. DJ, East District, Karkardooma
Court. It is submitted by ld. Counsel that there is no connection
between the two suits and common issues are not involved. Ld.
counsel requested permission to withdraw the transfer
application/petition. Separate statement of ld. counsel recorded in this
regard.
In view of statement of ld. counsel, transfer petition is
dismissed as withdrawn.
