Perusal of record transpires that applicant was directed
to take appropriate steps for the service of daughter of the deceased
non-applicant no. 2. Steps not taken by the plaintiff.

Vikas Kapoor (son) and Ms. Deepti Malhotra (daughter) of the
deceased non-applicant no. 2 has appeared on their behalf. Memo
