D/3262/2021) through VC for Sh. Shivaji Shukla, Ld.
Counsel for the respondent no.1 namely Sh. Yogesh
Kapoor.
Sh. Vikas Kapoor, son of the deceased non-applicant
no. 2.
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the applicant
that the non-applicant no. 3 and 4 died issueless and therefore,
there is no one to represent them in the present application.
It is also submitted that the whereabouts of non-
applicant no. 5 is not available and some more time is sought for
taking the appropriate steps for the service of non-applicant no. 5.
The son of the deceased non-applicant no. 2 is present
in Court today. Though, he has submitted that he has not received
any summons/notice from this Court but he appeared today as he
received a call from the Sh. Rajesh Kapoor (applicant) to appear in
Court today. The complete set of application alongwith the
documents is supplied to the son of the deceased non-applicant no.
2 through whatsapp.
Applicant is again directed to take steps for the service
of daughter of the deceased non-applicant no. 2.
Steps be taken within 7 days from today.
Reply, if any, to the present application be filed by the

son of deceased applicant with supply of advance copy to the
