It is argued by Ld. Counsel for appellant that the impugned
judgment dated 21.01.2026 is contrary to law, facts and evidence on
record and Ld. Trial Court failed to appreciate that the prosecution
suffers from infirmities and improbabilities. It is argued that findings
recorded by Ld. Trial Court were based on conjectures and surmises
and therefore, cannot be sustained as per law.
Considering the submissions made, operation of impugned
judgment dated 21.01.2026 and order on sentence dated 03.06.2026
stand stayed.
