Defendants No. 11 to 14 are already ex-parte vide
order dated 08.08.2023.
An application u/o 5 Rule 20 CPC has been filed
on behalf of plaintiff for alternative service of defendants No.
3, 4, 6 & 9 to 16.
As per record, defendants No. 3, 4 & 6 could not
be served for date 08.08.2023 as they have gone to
Chandigarh. Thereafter, steps have not been taken for service
of defendants No. 3, 4 & 6. Defendants No. 11 to 14 have
already been proceeded ex-parte. There is no service report
qua defendant No. 16 on record. There is no service report qua
defendant No. 10. Application of plaintiff therefore can be
allowed only qua defendant No. 9 and 15 as their present
address is stated to be not traceable. Application filed by
plaintiff is accordingly allowed qua defendants No. 9 & 15.

Issue summons of the suit against defendants No.
9 & 15 on filing of appropriate PF through publication in
newspapers The Statesman and Dainik Bhaskar for
03.02.2026.
Dasti be given for publication to plaintiff as prayed
for.
Plaintiff is directed to take steps for service of
defendants No. 3, 4, 6 & 10 through all modes for NDOH.
