Ahlamd that the original file is not traceable
Present: Ms. Madhu Chaudhary, Ld proxy counsel for the
plaintiff.
Ms. Payal, Ld counsel for defendant no. 2, 5 and 7.
She has also filed her vakalatnama.
None present on behalf of defendant no. 11, 12, 13
and 14 who have already been served and for today they have been
directed to file their written statement.
No written statements have been filed by them nor any
advance copy supplied to Ld counsel for plaintiff, as stated by her.
In these circumstances, defendants no. 11, 12, 13 and
14 are hereby proceeded against ex-parte.
Defendant no.1 unserved that no such person reside at
the given address.
Defendant no.3, 4, 6, unserved with the report on the
speed post that he had gone to Chandigarh.
Defendant no. 8 unserved with the report on the speed
post that she had gone to Gonda.
Defendant no.9 unserved with the report that address
is not correct.

The speed post sent to defendant no.10 and 16
received back with the report ‘address is incomplete’.
Defendant no.15 is unserved with the report that no
such person reside at the given address.
Put up the case for filing written statement by
defendants no. 2, 5 and 7 with advance copy to Ld. counsel for
plaintiff. Defendants no. 3, 4, 6 and 8 be served afresh on filing of
PF and RC.
For the defendants whose addresses are stated to be
incomplete, Ld counsel for plaintiff is directed to file their
complete addresses on the next date i.e 07.11.2023.
Ld counsel for plaintiff has also filed the Court fees
along with list of documents in the sum of Rs. 13,000/-.
The Ahlmad is directed to trace the file and put up
before the Court on the next date.
