Put up the case for filing written statement by
defendants no. 11, 12, 13 and 14 within 30 days from today with
advance copy to Ld counsel for the plaintiff.
Let the remaining defendants be served again on filing
of PF and RC and, if required, on filing of fresh address of the
defendants, returnable for 08.08.2023. Dasti also allowed as prayed
for.
Notice of the application U/o 6 rule 17 CPC shall also
be issued to the defendants simultaneously.
