It is submitted on behalf of the Ld. Counsel for accused
Gopal Chauhan that charges qua the accused may be framed as per the
material available on record without causing prejudice to the rights of
the accused. Further, Ld. Counsel for accused Zelmas Savio Fernandes
@ Joo and Paula propounded the part arguments. In the interest of
justice and at request, put up for further arguments/ filing of written
submissions for consideration on 03.02.2026. Shortest available date is
being given. This is a special court dealing with the NDPS Cases and
has pendency of more than 500 Sessions Triable Cases.
