Fresh appeal received by way of transfer pursuant to order dated
09.06.2026 by Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge, East District,
Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. It be checked and registered as per rules.

By way of present appeal, the appellant has challenged the
impugned order on sentence dated 11.04.2026 under Section 416
BNSS (375 Cr.P.C) on the ground that the appellant/ accused did not
voluntarily plead guilty in this case and the said plea of guilt was
recorded pursuant to mis-representation and threat on behalf of
complainant. Ld. Counsel for the appellant further prayed for grant of
bail to appellant/ accused who is reportedly running in custody since
11.04.2026.
It is further submitted by Ld. Counsel for the appellant/ accused
that the present matter is otherwise likely to be settled between the
parties and payment of Rs. 1,00,000/- towards part settlement amount
is already made on behalf of appellant to the complainant. The said fact
is duly affirmed and acknowledged by AR of the complainant.

Keeping in view the submissions made and no objection on
behalf of the complainant, appellant is admitted to bail on his
furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- alongwith one
surety in the like amount before the court of Ld.CJM / ACJM /
JMFC / LinkJMFC/ Duty JMFC.
Put up for filing of reply, if any/ arguments on 14.08.2026.
