Present: Sh. Abhayendra Rai, Ld. Counsel for the DH
(through VC).
Report of the Nazir has been furnished and perused.
File perused. The present application seeks execution of
an award passed by the sole arbitrator. Sole arbitrator was appointed
by Resolution Experts Alliance Services.
JD has two addresses. Only one of the addresses of the
JD is within the jurisdiction of this court. The execution shall be
carried out only in respect of that address/assets within the jurisdiction
of this court.
Issue notice of the execution application to the JD at the
first address of East Delhi by all modes including authorized courier
and SP/AD on filing of PF within a week for 05.08.2026. Email ID
and mobile number of the JD be furnished by way of an affidavit. DH
shall forward soft copies of the execution application, documents etc.

at the email ID of the court. The date and time of sending the email
shall be noted on the PF.
Nazir is directed to also send the aforesaid documents in
PDF form along with the notice to the JD through e-mail on the e-mail
ID of Nazarat Branch for service upon the JD.
