Present: Sh. Santosh Kumar, Ld. Proxy Counsel for the plaintiff.
Submissions heard. File perused.
Present is a suit for recovery in respect of sale of goods.
The plaint is signed on every page and is accompanied with a
statement of truth, NSR and certificate under Section 63 BSA.
Affidavit under Order 11 Rule 6(3) CPC as amended by CC Act has
not been filed. Same be filed.
Issue summons for settlement of issues to the defendant
on the addresses, by all modes including authorized courier and
SP/AD on filing of PF within a week for 15.09.2026. Email ID and
mobile number of the defendant are mentioned in the memo of parties.
Plaintiff shall forward soft copies of the plaint, documents etc. to the
email ID of the court. The date and time of sending the email shall be
noted on the PF.

Ahlmad is directed to forward the aforesaid soft copies on
the e-mail ID of Nazarat Branch at the earliest along with the
summons for settlement of issues to be served upon the defendant, on
its email ID.
