Reply to the present appeal along-with vakalatnama
filed on behalf of the respondents. The same are taken on record.
However, no vakalatnama has been filed on behalf
of the appellant, despite submissions of the counsel on the last
date of hearing that he shall file the vakalatnama during course of
the day.
At this stage, Ld. counsel for appellant seeks pass-
over till 11:30 a.m. submitting that he shall reach the Court and
appear before the Court physically.
