Present : Plaintiff in person.
Sh. Divyanshu Bhandari, Ld. Counsel for the
defendants no. 1 to 3 through VC.
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the defendants
no. 1 to 3 that he has e-filed the vakalatnama on behalf of the
defendants no. 1 to 3 and the hard copy shall be filed on the next
date of hearing.
On the last date of hearing, summons of the suit were
issued against all the defendants and as per report defendants no.
1 to 3 were served on 23.06.2026. However, the staff of
defendant no. 4 refused to accept the summons.
Accordingly, plaintiff is directed to take appropriate
steps for the substituted service of defendant no. 4 within 7 days
from today.
Defendants no. 1 to 3 are directed to file the written
statement in accordance with the provision of Order VIII Rule 1
CPC alongwith the application for condonation of delay, if
requires, with supply of advance copy to the opposite side at least
15 days before the next date of hearing.
Replication, if any, be filed with supply of advance
copy of the same to Ld. Counsel for the defendants at least 15
days before the next date of hearing.
Both parties are directed to file affidavit of

admission/denial of documents and proposed issues with supply
of advance copy to each other at least 15 days before the next
