Hon’ble High Court could not be listed owing some objections, which have
been removed yesterday only. On the last date of hearing, JD was directed to
deposit amount, if no favourable order was received from Hon’ble High
Court in appeal, which is not there, accordingly JD is directed to deposit
entire decreetal amount alongwith interest within 15 days, in failure, warrant
of attachment against movable properties of JD shall be issued on PF for
30.10.2026.
