At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has
submitted that matter has been settled with the defendants. Separate
statement of plaintiff has been recorded to this effect.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has requested that since
the matter has been settled, therefore, the present matter may be
disposed of as settled and the court fees may be returned to the
plaintiff. Heard.
Let the Court fees be returned to the plaintiff after
filing of the certified copy of the same and against due
acknowledgment and verification.
In view of the statement of the plaintiff, the present
suit is disposed of as withdrawn being settled.
