dated 30.01.2026, which is Ex.C1 and both parties will remain
bound by terms and conditions mentioned therein. Consequently,
present suit may be disposed off as compromised.
Let separate statements of the parties be recorded to this
effect.
In view of the statements made by the parties, present suit
is disposed off as compromised in terms of settlement agreement
Ex.C1. No order as to costs.
The date already fixed in the matter, i.e., 17.03.2026 stands
