Counsel Mr. Rajeev Gupta and Mr. Archit Gupta. Mr. Ajit Kumar, Ld. Counsel for the defendant-1 to 3 along with defendant-1. Mr. Ashok K. Sagar, Ld. Counsel for the defendant- 4 to 7. Defendant- 8 to 10 are exparte vide order dated 23.12.2025. None for defendant-11. Matter is fixed for evidence of defendant-4 to 7. Adjournment has been sought on behalf of defendant-4 to 7 for leading evidence and for supplying copy of such evidence. Adjournment has been opposed by Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff. In the interest of justice, adjournment is allowed only for today subject to cost of Rs. 1,000/- payable by defendant- 4 to 7 to the plaintiff. Defendant- 4 to 7 are further directed to comply with the previous order by supplying copy of the evidence of the defendant witnesses proposed to be examined by them, to the plaintiff at least a week in advance. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the defendant-1 to 3 has moved an application seeking directions to defendant- 4 to 7 for filing of the original family settlement dated 08.09.1985. Ld. Counsel for the defendant- 4 to 7 has no objection to production and inspection of the original family settlement dated 08.09.1985. The same shall be done -- 1 of 2 -- on the date when evidence is led on behalf of defendant- 4 to 7. Application disposed of as such. As requested, copy of the aforesaid application filed on behalf of defendant-1 to 3 also be supplied to Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff. Simultaneously defendant-1 to 3 are also directed to comply with the previous order and file their evidence by way of affidavit by next date with copy of the evidence to be supplied to the plaintiff at least a week in advance.
