Ankit, Ld. Counsel for non counter-claimant.
Ld. Counsel for the non counter-claimant submits that
the WS on behalf of non counter-claimant has already been filed on
11.07.2017, however, the same was tagged in the connected file i.e.
CS No.3029/16.
Ahlmad of the Court informed that he has already
tagged the said WS with this file.
It is stated by counsel for counter-claimant that
replication could not be filed as counter-claimant has not received the
copy of reply/ WS filed on behalf of the non counter-claimant.
Therefore, non counter-claimant is directed to supply
copy of reply/WS to counter-claimant within one week.
Thereafter, replication, if any be filed within four weeks
with advance copy to Ld. Counsel for non counter-claimant.
Both the parties are also directed to file their respective
affidavits of admission-denial of documents on or before the next date
of hearing with advance copy to each other.
Put up on 30.04.2025 for completion of pleadings/
framing of issues/ affidavits of admission-denial of documents.
