SACHIN VERMA AND ORS. 27.02.2026 Present: Mr. Gurpreet Singh, son of deceased appellant in person. Respondent No.1 in person. In this appeal, the report has already come that Respondent No.2 Smt. Pushpa, W/o- Sh. Murlidhar, has expired and appellant moved an application for impleadment of her son/LR Dev Singh. My Ld. Predecessor directed for service of the notice of this application upon the LR Dev Singh. The report has already come on unserved speed post envelope that Dev Singh is not residing at the address of Ashok Vihar, Phase-I as given and another report is also on record to show that he has shifted to Dubai. Steps not taken by the appellant for service of Sh. Dev Kishan LR of deceased Respondent No.2 Smt. Pushpa for today. Let the appellant to provide the complete and new address of Dev Singh/LR of deceased Respondent No.2 Smt. Pushpa including of Dubai, if available for service as per order dated 10.12.2025 and issue notice of the application under Order 22 Rule 4 CPC to Sh. Dev Singh on filing of PF/RC, returnable on 21.04.2026 at the new address to be supplied. In case the whatsapp or e-mail address of Dev Singh is available, then, the same be also provided. The interim order dated 04.06.2025 shall be continued till further orders.
