Order Details: COPY OF ORDER Pdf Text: CS 285/26 PRADEEP RATHI Vs. NAZRA BEGAM 09.07.2026 Present: Sh. Munish Chhoker, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff. None for the defendant. On the last date of hearing, summons of the suit were issued to the defendant and as per report, the same was served on 19.05.2026, through the son of the defendant. However, despite service, neither anyone has appeared on behalf of defendant nor any written statement is filed till date. However, defendant is directed to file written statement alongwith an appropriate application, seeking condonation of delay in filing the same in Court with supply of advance copy to the opposite side at least 15 days before the next date of hearing. It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff that defendant is deliberately not appearing before this Court so that in the meanwhile, the suit property may be disposed off. Accordingly, it is requested that the temporary injunction may be granted till the next date of hearing. Heard. In view of above, interim order is passed. Defendant is directed not to create any third party interest in the suit property, till the next date of hearing. As such, be listed for further proceedings on 14.08.2026.
