that defendant has left the given address. Since the defendant has been
served through WhatsApp, the date of service shall be taken as
06.08.2026. None appears on behalf of the defendant.
Defendant may file WS and affidavit of admission and
denial as per the Commercial Courts Act, 2015. Advance copy of the
WS and affidavit of admission and denial be supplied to the Ld.
Counsel for plaintiff under acknowledgment and the WS shall be filed
with proof of such service. Replication, if any is sought to be filed by
the plaintiff as well as the affidavit of admission and denial of
documents of the defendant, if filed, be filed thereafter. Advance copy
of the replication and affidavit be supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the
defendant under acknowledgment and the same shall be filed with
proof of service.
