An application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC has been filed
on behalf of the plaintiff. Submissions heard. The plaintiff seeks to
add an address of the defendant which is within the jurisdiction of this
court. Corresponding amendment is sought to be made in the plaint in
the jurisdiction para. Heard. Application stands allowed. Amended
plaint has been annexed with the application. It is signed on every
page. Statement of truth has not been filed therewith. Be filed.
Amended memo of parties has also been filed.

After the statement of truth has been filed, issue summons
for settlement of issues to the defendant by all modes including
RC/AD, authorized courier and SP/AD on filing of PF within a week
for 03.09.2025. Email ID and WhatsApp number of the defendant is
not mentioned in the memo of parties. Ld. counsel for the plaintiff is
directed to furnish the same by way of an affidavit. Plaintiff shall
forward soft copies of the plaint, documents etc. to the email Id of the
court. The date and time of sending the email shall be noted in the PF.
Ahlmad is directed to forward the aforesaid soft copies on
the e-mail ID of Nazarat Branch at the earliest as also summons for
settlement of issues to be served upon the defendant on its email ID
and WhatsApp number.
