The case is fixed today for arguments on revision petition, but
instead of arguing the case, Ld. Counsel for revisionist has submitted
that there are two cases pending against his party. One is the case,
which is pending before the Court of Sh. Divyam Lila, Ld. JMFC
(MCD), East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, wherein the order
for registration of FIR under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was passed,
against which the present revision petition has been filed. The second
case is pending before the Court of Ms. Kavita Bist, Ld. JMFC
(Digital Court), East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, wherein
the payment of Rs.2,00,000/- was made by the revisionist to the
complainant/ respondent herein. It is further submitted by the Ld.
Counsel for revisionist that the case before the Court of Ms. Kavita
Bist, Ld. JMFC (Digital Court), East District is pending for
12.09.2024, where he will be making the entire balance payment as
per the compromise arrived at between the parties in December, 2022.
On these grounds, it is submitted by Ld. Counsel for
revisionist that he may be granted time for arguing the present
revision petition.
Considering the submissions of Ld. Counsel for revisionist,
case is adjourned for arguments on 27.09.2024.
