Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the defendant no.1. The
same is taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for defendant no.1 submits that WS could
not be filed on behalf of defendant no.1 as copy of the plaint as well as
documents not supplied by plaintiff to defendant no.1 along-with the
summons of the suit.
At this stage, complete set of paperbook supplied to Ld.
Counsel for defendant no.1.
Let WS be filed within four weeks from today with
advance copy to Ld. Counsel for plaintiff.
As per report, defendant no.2 served on 17.06.2025 and
defendant no.4 served on 20.06.2025.
However, despite service, neither there is any
representation on behalf of the defendant nos.2 and 4 nor WS filed on
their behalf till date. Even stipulated period for filing the same has
already expired.
In view thereof, the rights of defendant nos.2 and 4 to
file the WS are hereby closed.
As per report, defendant no.3 not served.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff seeks some time to place on
record fresh address of the defendant no.3.
Put up for further proceedings on 07.01.2026.
