Fresh suit received by way of random e-allocation. It has
been registered. Be checked as per rules.
Present: Sh. Y. K. Sharma, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff bank (through
VC).
File perused. The present suit is in respect of recovery of
repayment of loan. The plaint is signed on every page. The statement
of truth and non-starter report from DLSA have been filed.
Issue summons for settlement of issues to the defendant
by all modes including RC/AD, authorized courier and SP/AD on
filing of PF within a week for 22.07.2025, at both addresses. Plaintiff
is directed to furnish the email ID/WhatsApp number of the
defendants by way of affidavit. In case email IDs/WhatsApp number
are furnished, plaintiff shall forward soft copies of the plaint,
documents etc. at the email ID of the court. The date and time of
sending the email shall be mentioned on the PF. PF be filed within 7
days.
Ahlmad is directed to forward the aforesaid soft copies on
the e-mail ID of Nazarat Branch at the earliest as also summons for

ID/WhatsApp number of defendant.
