As per said order, operation and effect of decree and
judgment dated 28.11.2024 was stayed subject to deposit of
entire decretal amount alongwith interest upto date with Registrar
General of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi within 04 weeks.

Ld. counsel for the JD submits that order of Hon’ble
High Court of Delhi has been complied with and NDOH before
worthy Judicial Joint Registrar is 08.05.2026.
In view of operation of stay of judgment and decree
dated 28.11.2024, put up for further proceedings on 22.05.2026.
