ii.)Whether the plaintiff is entitled to decree for permanent injunction as
mentioned in prayer B? OPP.
iii.)Whether the plaintiff is entitled to any cost against the defendants?

iv.)Whether the present suit is barred by limitation? OPD.
v.)Whether the plaintiff has any locus to file the present suit? OPD.
vi.) Relief?
No other issue arises or pressed for.
List of witnesses be filed by both the parties with advance
copy to each other. Plaintiff is directed to file the affidavits of evidence
of all the witnesses with advance copy to the defendant atleast one week
