Present: Plaintiff-2 with Ld. Counsel Mr. Lakshay Chauhan.
Defendant Virender Kumar Gautam with Ld. LAC Ms.
Vaishali.
Defendants Raj Kumari and Manorama Gautam are in
person.
Ms. Vaishali- Ld. LAC filed her authority letter from DLSA
for the defendant Virender Kumar Gautam.
Summons of defendant Pushpa Gautam received back
unserved with the endorsement of postman that “she is not residing
on the given address”. However, summons of other defendants
received back with due service.
Plaintiff is directed to furnish fresh address of the defendant
Pushpa Gautam. Thereafter, on filing of PF, fresh summons of the
settlement of the suit be issued to her through all permissible modes
returnable by the next date of hearing.
In spite of service of summons, defendant Nirmala Gautam has
not appeared. However, in the interest of justice, no adverse order is
being passed against the said defendant today.
Defendants Virender Kumar Gautam, Raj Kumari and
Manorama Gautam seek time to file the written statement. Let
written statement be filed within prescribed period with its advance
copy to the other side, who shall be at liberty to file replication, if
any, with its advance copy to the other side.
