from the Court record.
Let WS be filed on behalf of the defendant nos.1
and 4 within stipulate period with advance copy to Ld. Counsel
for plaintiff.
Defendant no.3- Arti Nautiyal and defendant no.5-
Reena Dabral are also directed to file WS, if any within four
weeks from today with advance copy to Ld. Counsel for plaintiff.
Thereafter, replication, if any be filed within further
four weeks with advance copy to the defendants.

Ld. Counsel for plaintiff seeks some time to place
on record fresh address of the defendant no.2.
At this stage, defendant no.1 undertakes that she will
not dispose of/ create any third party interest in the suit property

is recorded separately to this effect.
