Present: Sh. Virender Singh, counsel for plaintiffs with Trustee
of plaintiff namely Rampal.
Sh. Honey Kaushik, counsel for defendants with
defendant No.2.
One envelop has been received from speed post. It has
earlier not been shown to this Court by Ahlmad of the Court.
Ahlmad is directed to remain careful in future in this regard.
Envelop opened. The same contains copy of complaint
sent by Trustee of plaintiffs to SHO PS New Ashok Nagar.
Two photographs of suit property along with list of
documents filed by counsel for defendants. Copy supplied.
Counsel for defendants has submitted that he will e-
file photographs during course of the day and will supply e-filing
number to Reader of the Court during course of the day. Heard.
WS along with list of documents, certain documents,
reply to interim application and proof of service have been filed on
behalf of defendants on 26.07.2025. Copy has been received by
counsel for plaintiffs.
Replication to WS of defendants filed by counsel for
plaintiffs. Copy supplied.
Certain photographs have been filed on behalf of
plaintiffs on 04.06.2025.

An application U/o 39 rule 2A r/w Section 151 CPC
has been filed on behalf of plaintiffs on 11.06.2025. Counsel for
defendants has submitted that he has not received copy of the same.
Counsel for plaintiffs has submitted that he will
supply copy of the same to counsel for defendants on or before
NDOH.
Counsel for plaintiffs has submitted that verification
of WS filed by defendants is faulty.
Counsel for defendants has submitted that defendants
shall move appropriate amendment application qua verification of
WS of defendants on NDOH.
There appears to be possibility of settlement between
parties as per respective submissions. All the parties are directed to
appear in person on NDOH to explore possibility of settlement
between parties.
Be put up for further proceedings for 26.08.2025.
