Sh. Sachin Dev, ld. Amicus Curie for accused Kamran.
Accused Kamran is absent.
Ld. Amicus Curie submits that despite various efforts made,
accused Kamran cannot be contacted.
Let NBWs be issued against accused Kamran with notice to his
surety returnable on the next date of hearing.
ASI Champat Singh on behalf of IO in person. He has filed reply
to the application for release of Jamatalashi articles i.e. mobile phone of
accused.
In the reply, it has been submitted that source in the present case
i.e. Raju has not been arrested till date and in the event of arrest of
accused Raju, the said mobile phone is required for the investigation
purposes.
Let notice be issued to the IO to remain present before the court on
the next date of hearing.
List the superdari application for consideration on 09.10.2024.
List on 13.11.2024 for appearance of accused Kamran and
submissions of charge as well.
