An application has been filed on behalf of applicant/accused Tushar Kumar
for release of Jamatalashi articles as mentioned in the application has been filed.
Reply to the application for release of personal search articles has been
received from the IO. In the reply to the application received from the IO, it is
mentioned that he has no objection, if the personal search articles as mentioned in
the application, for release of jamatalashi articles, be released to the
applicant/accused.
In view of the above-said reply furnished on behalf of the IO, personal
search articles except the notice u/s 50 NDPS Act as mentioned in the application
be released to its lawful owner against proper acknowledgment and receipt.
