This Court is working with only one personal assistant as one of
the regular personal assistant is on leave today.
Present: Sh. Yashashvi Sharma and Sh. Amit Kumar Verma,
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff alognwith plaintiff in
person.
On the last date of summons of the present suit were
directed to be issued upon the defendants. As per report, defendant
no. 1 was served on his first address i.e. House no. E-5, Road no. 7,
Gazipur Dairy Farm, Delhi – 96 on 30.04.2026 through his son
namely Sh. Uzaif, and on his second address i.e. plot no. 1275,
Pratap Ganj, Meer Khan, Dariyaganj, Delhi-02, was served on
17.04.2026.
Defendant no. 2 namely Mr. Sohaib was served
through his first cousin namely Sh. Ruaif on 30.04.2026. However,
despite service, no one has appeared on behalf of the defendants.
In view of the same, defendants are directed to file
written statement in accordance with the provison under Order VIII
Rule 1 CPC alongwith appropriate application seeking condonation
of delay, if any, by the next date with supply of advance copy to the
opposite side at least 15 days before the next date of hearing.
Be listed for further proceedings on 23.07.2026.
The date has been given as per the convenience and
request of Ld. Counsel for the parties.
