Matter is fixed for filing of written statement on
behalf of the defendant.
Perusal of the record reveals that summons of the
suit have been sent to the defendant through Whatsapp and e-
mail on 21.05.2025 and 19.07.2025. Further, as per the report of
Process Server dated 14.08.2025 on dasti summons, mother of
the defendant refused to receive the summons and the summons
have been affixed on the given address of defendant.
In view of this, defendant has been served with the
summons of the present suit, however, defendant has neither
appeared in the court nor has he filed written statement till date
and considerable time has elapsed since the service of the
summons to the defendant. The statutory period for filing of
written statement has already been lapsed.
In view of this, right of the defendant to file written
statement is hereby closed and he is proceeded ex-parte.
Put up for ex-parte PE on 12.02.2026.
