Though defendant has been served with the
summons of the suit through e-mail and Whatsapp, as a matter of
abundant caution, let fresh summons for settlement of the issues
be issued to the defendant on filing of PF/RC, speed post,
approved courier and through all acceptable modes of services as
well as through electronic mode (Whatsapp) on the mobile
number and e-mail address of the defendant, returnable on
NDOH.
As requested, copy of process be given dasti to Ld.
counsel for plaintiff.
