Witness Deep Kaur in person.
Ld. Counsel for accused has filed an exemption
application stating that accused Rajesh could not appear today
because his son is ill and is in serious condition. Copy of medical
certificate is also attached with the application.
In the light of the above, accused Rajesh is exempted
from personal appearance for today only.
Ld. Counsel for accused persons further submits that a
cross-case has been pending in the court of Ld. CJM/East and the
said cross-case pertains to same incident and is registered mainly
U/s 323 IPC.
At this juncture, Ld. Counsel for accused persons that
he will move an application in the court of Ld. Principal District
& Sessions Judge/East, KKD Courts, Delhi, for transfer of the
said cross-case to this Court so that both the cases may be tried
and decided by the same Court and thus, seeks adjournment for
the same. He also submits that due to some personal difficulty he

could not go through the case file and requests that the witness
present today may be examined on the next date of hearing
In view of submissions of Ld. Counsel for accused,
witnesses present today is discharged unexamined and matter is
adjourned.
Put up on 07.07.2025 for PE. Witness Deep Kaur be
summoned afresh for the next date. IO and MHC(M) along with
case property be also summoned for the next date.
