Matter is listed for consideration of charge.
Ld. Counsel for accused persons concedes that charge
may be framed against the accused persons.
Even otherwise, on the basis of allegations as
contained in the complaint/FIR coupled with the evidence/MLCs
and material collected during investigation of this case, prima
facie, there is sufficient ground to frame charge for the offence
punishable U/s 308/323/506/34 IPC against the accused persons.
A common charge is framed accordingly to which all accused
persons pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
At this stage, Ld. Cousnel for accused persons submits
that transfer petition is pending in the Court of Ld. CMM for
transfer of cross-case registered with respect to the same incident
and same is listed for 17.02.2025 and therefore any date after
17.02.2025 may be given.
Put up for PE on 10.03.2025. Complainant Deep Kaur
be summoned for the next date. IO and MHC(M) along with case
property, if any, be also summoned for the next date.
