Witness Deep Kaur in person.
Ld. Counsel for accused persons submits that he has
filed a transfer petition i.e. T.P. Crl./40/2025 before the Ld.
Principal District & Sessions Judge, East, KKD Courts, Delhi, to
transfer the cross case to this Court due to the law laid down by
the Hon’ble Supreme Court that the cross case should be tried by
the same Court. It is further submitted that the said transfer
petition was withdrawn after it was observed by the Ld. Principal
District & Sessions Judge that the transfer petition be moved
before Ld. CJM (East), KKD Courts, Delhi U/s 362 BNSS.
Accordingly, he has moved the said application before the Court
of Ld. CJM (East), KKD Courts, Delhi and the same is listed for
12.08.2025. Therefore, he submits that a short adjournment may
be given.
Ld. Addl. PP also submits that witness is hard of
hearing and his examination in chief and cross-examination will
take a long time. In any case, one opportunity may be provided to
the applicant/accused persons so that both the cases i.e. instant

case and the cross case may proceed in this court together. In
view of same, witness Deep Kaur is discharged unexamined. She
is bound down for the next date.
Put up on 04.09.2025 for prosecution evidence.
Date is given as per the convenience of Ld. Counsel for
both the parties.
