Today, the matter is listed for completion of pleadings,
admission denial of documents and for framing of issues.
As per the mandate of the last order, amended written
statement alongwith certain documents filed by the defendants.
Copy supplied. Same is taken on record.
Ld. Associate Counsel for the plaintiff sought an
opportunity to file the replication alongwith affidavit of admission
denial of documents.
Heard. Opportunity granted with direction that the
same be filed in Court with supply of advance copy to the opposite
side at least 15 days before the next date of hearing.
Defendants are also directed to file affidavit of
admission denial of documents with direction to supply the copy of
same in advance to the opposite side at least 15 days prior to the
next date of hearing.
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the defendants
that it is a family dispute and in all probabilities, matter may be
settled, if all the parties appear before this Court. Accordingly, it is
requested that a direction may be issued to all the parties to appear
in person before this Court on the next date of hearing.

All the parties to the suit are directed to positively
appear in person on the next date of hearing.
As such, be listed for appearance of parties as well as
for filing of replication, if any by the plaintiff as well as for filing
affidavits of admission denial of documents by both the parties on
