application U/o 7 Rule 11 CPC filed on behalf of defendants
with spare copy for plaintiffs. Let it be supplied to
plaintiffs/counsel for plaintiffs during course of the day or
thereafter as and when they appear before court.
Counsel for plaintiffs has requested for disposal of
interim application filed by plaintiffs. Heard.
Arguments on interim application addressed by
respective counsels heard.
During course of arguments, counsel for
defendants has submitted that defendants shall not
sell/alienate/create any third party interest in suit property till
disposal of present suit. Heard.
Counsel for plaintiffs has submitted that interim
application filed by plaintiffs may be disposed of in terms of
submissions made by counsel for defendants. Heard.
In view of submissions made by counsel for
plaintiffs, interim application filed by plaintiffs is disposed of

in terms of submissions made by counsel for defendants.
Defendants shall remain bound by submissions made on their
behalf by their counsel till disposal of present suit.
Be put up for reply and arguments on application

At this stage, Sh. Kashif Ahmed Khan, Proxy
counsel for plaintiffs has appeared and he is supplied with
copy of reply to interim application and copy of application
U/o 7 Rule 11 CPC. Let advance copy of reply be supplied by
counsel for plaintiffs to counsel for defendants atleast one
week before NDOH.
