Vide present application, the applicant is seeking the
permission for renewal of his passport bearing no. Y9208379.
I have considered the submissions and gone through the
record.
The applicant is only seeking permission for renewal of
his passport. In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, it is
specified that this court does not have objection regarding renewal of
passport of applicant for a period of 10 years, as per extant applicable
rules. However, applicant is directed that he shall remain punctual in
attending the court hearings and will not leave the country without
prior permission of this court.
Accordingly, application stands disposed of.
Copy of this order be given dasti to the applicant as
prayed for.
